Seller Rating: The seller rating reflects the level of trustworthiness based on the seller's performance. The rating is determined by factors such as the number of sales and the feedback received from buyers.

Positive Feedback: Each positive feedback adds points to the seller's rating.
Negative Feedback: Each negative feedback deducts points from the seller's rating. Negative feedback has a greater impact, deducting 10 times more points than positive feedback adds.

The established seller rating system is designed to help buyers choose reliable sellers, while also motivating sellers to sell high-quality digital products. A higher rating indicates a more trustworthy seller. We recommend considering sellers with a higher rating when buying.

Seller Level: We categorize sellers into different levels based on their rating and performance. These levels serve as an additional indicator of the seller's reliability and experience.

The seller-level system helps buyers identify sellers who have demonstrated consistent performance and earned a higher level of trust within the marketplace.
