If you receive a sign-up refusal message, it means that you already have an active account on the platform. Please note that according to the terms and conditions, each user is allowed to have only one active account. If you have an existing account, please log in using your credentials. In case you cannot remember the password, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature on the login page to reset it.
