If you encounter an issue with a purchased item, you can open a dispute within 24 hours from the moment you receive the product. Here's a simple guide on how to proceed:

  1. Visit the Dispute Page: Go to the Dispute page.
  2. Initiate the Dispute: Click on the "Open Dispute" button.
  3. Provide Relevant Information: Enter the information related to your purchase:
    • Order ID
    • Email You Entered in Order
    • Describe the nature of the problem
  4. Attach Supporting Files: For a clearer understanding of the issue, it's recommended to attach relevant files such as screenshots or videos depicting the problem with the item.
  5. Submit the Dispute: Once you've provided all necessary information, click the "SEND" button.

By opening a dispute, the seller will be notified, and they can then work with you to address the issue and find a solution. Remember that you have a window of 24 hours from the time of receiving the item to initiate the dispute process.
