HOW TO RECEIVE THE ASTROPAY CARD/VOUCHER?
Please write your Astropay Wallet number in the private message. We will send the voucher directly to you AstroPay account from 15 minutes to 24 hours from the time you complete the payment.

For example: +66 881234567 in which +66 is the country code of Thailand and 0881234567 is the telephone number that one used to register AstroPay account. Please note that if your telephone number starts with 0 (zero) like this one, this zero is not required and should be removed.

After I send the card/voucher to your number, it will stay in your AstroPay Wallet, and I cannot know the the voucher number! It's very secure!

After the card/voucher is sent to you, the order cannot be cancelled and refunded.

Q: What happens if I do not have a chance to use the card/voucher within 12 months from the date of purchase?
A: You can transfer it to your AstroPay account balance for later use.

Q: How to use/redeem AstroPay card/voucher?
A: Firstly, at checkout on AstroPay-supported websites, select 'AstroPay' as your payment method.
Secondly, type in your card/voucher number and other details on the provided fields.
Finally, confirm and finalize your transaction. The value of your AstroPay Voucher will be applied automatically.

Q: Can the voucher be used more than once?
