Starting June 16th, 2025, we’ll be making an important change to how our service fees are applied:

What’s Changing?

• Current: 1.3% Buyer Fee during top-up

New:

🔹 0.2%, (min. 0.20 USD) Crypto payment Provider Fee during top-up
🔹 1.2% Purchase Fee (applied when buying gift cards & advertisement)

Why This Change Matters

This adjustment helps us better align fees with user actions, making the process more transparent and ensuring that costs are distributed fairly based on how the platform is used.
Instead of charging the full fee upfront at the moment of topping up, the majority of the fee will now be applied only when you make a purchase. This shift:

✅ Reflects the actual usage of the platform
✅ Helps us invest in platform improvements, buyer protection, and fraud prevention

What You Need to Do

Nothing at all. These changes will be applied automatically on June 16th, and your experience on BuySellVouchers will remain just as seamless as before — with more clarity on how fees are structured.
